Kamila Elżbieta Wolszczak de Loo
Performance artist with visual art background, art mediator and grassroots artistic projects initiator. The main object returning in the art works is transparent tape. The performance works, installations, paintings and drawings are about recording surroundings with focus on the relation between the person recording and the surrounding space.

Born in unique eastern Poland. Holds BFA degree in Painting from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and MFA degree from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design, Education/Art Mediation in Wroclaw with the specialisation: curator of exhibitions and interventions in public space. Currently based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

As a part of ESK2016 she founded Pracownia Komuny Paryskiej 45, where she conducted creative classes with the youngest neighbours form Przedmieście Oławskie in Wrocław. She organises “Shifting”,i.e. urban walks on periphery areas, as well as art galleries for children in small uninhabited spaces called mini-SUWs. Also active in the performance artistic duo ‘PARAperformance’: Dominika Katarzrayna Borkowska i Kamila Elżbeta Wolszczak
